Senior Marketing Manager

Job description

Chief Executive Group seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help turbo-charge the marketing of our high-impact professional networks serving CEOs, public company directors and other senior executives. This role will support business objectives, generate leads, execute audience development, and work collaboratively with our sales team for Chief and Senior Executive Networks (CEN and SEN). This is a remote position. We prefer the employee be in eastern or central time zones but are flexible for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and refine CEN’s marketing strategy to align with business goals, enhance brand positioning, and increase market penetration
  • Conduct competitive analyses and keep up with industry trends to identify new opportunities or challenges and leverage insights to inform marketing initiatives and campaign decisions
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, return on investment, and lifetime value
  • Create and implement ongoing membership marketing activities including mail, email, social media outreach and presence, website content, and promotional materials
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies and initiatives to promote a cohesive brand story and increase brand loyalty

Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics:

  • 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills, adept at turning insights into action
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Proven project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and experience with database management a plus
