Client Success Coordinator

Job description

Chief Executive Group and CFO Leadership Council seek an enthusiastic Client Success Coordinator to help ensure our clients have a positive experience working with us, specifically related to our Finance and Accounting Tech Expo (FATE) and other FATE brand products. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and sponsors, building lasting relationships and driving overall satisfaction by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' expectations. This position reports to the Client Success Associate. This is a remote position, and candidates should be in eastern or central time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process including coordinating deliverables, such as branding, speaking opportunities, and other agreed-upon benefits.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules and checklists to track sponsorship commitments and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless sponsor activation and accurate branding representation in promotional materials, signage, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions with sponsors to familiarize them with event details, logistics, and opportunities and address inquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Work with the event planning team to design and execute sponsorship activations, including branding, experiential marketing, and VIP areas.
  • Ensure sponsors’ on-site presence aligns with event guidelines and enhances the attendee experience.
  • Provide hands-on support during the expo, helping sponsors set up booths, coordinate presentations, and troubleshoot issues and distributing sponsor communications, such as welcome packets, logistics guides, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook); Experience with Salesforce and Canva are desired but not required.
