Michael Chang has a diverse background in project management and engineering within the electronics and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Deputy Director for Worldwide Customer Camera Modules Projects at Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd. since January 2015, Michael leads project teams through the entire lifecycle of camera projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and seamless transitions to mass production. Previously, Michael held roles at Quanta Storage Inc. as Customer Quality Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing SSD product quality and yield performance, and at SanDisk as Staff Packaging Engineer, focusing on IC packaging development. Michael began the professional journey as a Product Engineer at 矽品精密工業股份有限公司, where innovative product development initiatives were conceived. A graduate of National Chiao Tung University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Michael brings extensive experience in cross-functional team management and process improvement.
