Milly Rolle is a freelance Creative Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in community arts, specializing in visual arts workshops, creative production, and youth theatre. Since July 2015, Milly has directed numerous projects including the Arts Council funded SEEN Enfield 360 film and contributed to various youth theatre initiatives as a director and facilitator. Current roles at Chickenshed Theatre include Creative Lead for Diversity and Inclusion Training, where bespoke workshops are developed, and as a Young Company Practitioner, overseeing youth theatre programs. Additional experience encompasses graphic recording, public speaking training, and collaborative artistic projects both locally and internationally, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of East Anglia.
