Rebecca Subelka has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as an HR & Compensation Analyst at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. since July 2007, where analytical support is provided for HR operational processes and HRIS system reviews. Prior roles include HR Specialist, responsible for Family Medical Leave, Workers Compensation, and various HR duties, as well as Finance and Insurance Manager at Seminole Ford Mercury, where vehicle purchase paperwork and financing arrangements were handled. Additional experience includes serving as Customer Relations/Internet Manager and Assistant Manager at EZ Loans, with a focus on account management and customer service. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Mid America Christian University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Seminole State College.
