Mari-Lynn Winn, PMP, currently serves as Project Manager III at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mari-Lynn was the Director of Continuous Improvement at Living Innovations for nearly eleven years, overseeing projects and quality assurance initiatives. Mari-Lynn also held the position of Project Manager at Living Innovations, focusing on implementing project management processes and educating staff. Earlier in Mari-Lynn's career, contributions were made as Manager of Human Resource Harmonization at Hannaford Bros. Co., where responsibilities included aligning HR processes across various banners, and as Project Manager, directing large project teams and preparing status reports. Additionally, Mari-Lynn worked as Implementation Manager at Guiding Stars Licensing Co., developing an implementation process and manual. Mari-Lynn holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies from USM/YCCC.
