Vanessa E. Rosales has extensive experience in corporate affairs, community engagement, and public relations. Vanessa E. currently holds the position of Principal Lead - Community Engagement at the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since 2022. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at Kroger from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Corporate Affairs. In this position, they oversaw public relations, associate communications, government affairs, and community relations. Vanessa E. was also responsible for managing the Kroger/Food 4 Less Foundation, which provided grants and product donations to communities. Before joining Kroger, Vanessa worked at Ralphs Grocery Co. from 2011 to 2017 as a Community/Foundation Relations Manager. In this role, they managed community relations programs, media relations, government affairs support, and division event planning for Ralphs and Food 4 Less. Vanessa has also served as an Advisory Board Member at CSULB Journalism & Public Relations since 2019.

Vanessa E. Rosales has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, they have participated in the Food Industry Executive Management Program offered by the University of Southern California.
