Shalonda D. Cargill is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Team Leader for Restaurant International HRIS at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since July 2022, Shalonda previously held multiple leadership roles at the Georgia Institute of Technology, including ERP System Analyst Lead and HR Chief of Staff. Additional experience includes serving as President of the Georgia Chapter of CUPA-HR, and leadership positions at Georgia Pacific and Southern Company. Shalonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Services from Georgia State University.
