Charlotte Bird is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an Associate Lecturer at Chichester College since March 2024, focusing on soft skills training for managers in hospitality and engineering. With a long-standing tenure at Butlin's from January 2011, Charlotte has held various roles including Learning and Development Manager, Learning and Development Coordinator, Redcoat Team Leader, and Redcoat. Additionally, Charlotte undertook a secondment at Haven in 2020, providing support in recruitment, training, and performance for the Accommodation Team. Charlotte holds CIPD qualifications in Learning and Development from 2019-2020 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Archaeology from the University of Leicester between 2007 and 2010.
