Jim Willits has a diverse background in sales and leadership roles within the sports industry. Jim most recently worked as the Vice President of Sales and Service for the Chicago White Sox since August 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales for the Florida Panthers from February 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Sales for Pointstreak Sports Technologies from July 2014 to March 2015. Jim also worked as a Consultant for Will Rock Sports from November 2013 to July 2014. Earlier in their career, they held roles as the Vice President of Sales for Comcast-Spectacor from 2005 to 2013, the Director of Sales for the Cleveland Indians from 2002 to 2004, and the Director of Sales for the Phoenix Coyotes from 1997 to 2002.

Jim Willits began their education at Waldorf University, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Jim attended Waldorf University between 1989 and 1992. Following this, they furthered their education at Northwest Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Image Management between 1992 and 1994.
