Jim Adduci currently holds the position of Manager of Elite Baseball Operations for the Chicago White Sox, where responsibilities include overseeing the White Sox Elite Travel Baseball Program, facilitating college opportunities for high school players. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Director of Elite Baseball at the Bulls/Sox Training Academy for over two decades, leading a team of experienced coaches to develop young athletes. Jim's experience also includes managing large-scale summer camp programs and owning a baseball instruction facility. A former Major League Baseball player, Jim has played for organizations such as the Cardinals, Brewers, and Phillies, and has also competed internationally in Japan. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from DePaul University.
