Grant Flick is a seasoned professional in player development and international operations in baseball, currently serving as the Manager of Player Development/International Operations for the Chicago White Sox since October 2018. Previously, Flick worked for the Kansas City Royals from 2016 to 2018, where responsibilities included creating a new international amateur video program, assisting with cultural development programs that received top rankings among all MLB teams, evaluating pitching talent, and enhancing language learning initiatives.
