Beth Mrozek is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, hiring, event management, and loan partnership. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for the Chicago White Sox since February 2024, Beth previously held the position of Hiring Manager at THRIVAS from July 2023 to January 2024, and worked as an Event Manager at Hotel Interactive, Inc. from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to these roles, Beth accumulated significant experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Partner II at Novus Home Mortgage and Waterstone Mortgage Corporation between April 2022 and April 2022, respectively. Beth also boasts an extensive tenure at Walt Disney World from January 2006 to January 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Catering Planning Manager and in various guest service and convention coordination roles.
