Hadeil Abdelfattah, Ed.D., currently serves as Co-Director of Student Support & Fundraising at the Leonard Education Organization (LE•O) since November 2014 and as Lead Instructional Coach at Chicago Public Schools since August 2022. Additionally, Hadeil Abdelfattah has held roles including Principal Instructional Leader, Assistant Principal, and Curriculum Coordinator within Chicago Public Schools between September 2018 and September 2018 and began a career with the district in August 1998. With over 15 years of experience as a residential and commercial agent, Hadeil Abdelfattah balances educational leadership with support for teachers and student achievement. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University.
