Mark Collins has been in the workforce for many years, holding various positions in the food industry. Mark worked as a Product Manager at Thorne Apple Valley, a Pricing Manager at Quantum Foods, and a Costing & Pricing Manager at Chicago Meat Authority. Currently, Mark is a Cost Accountant at Mistica Foods, LLC. Mark recently retired and is enjoying some time off. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Biology from Augustana University.
