Elise Madden is an experienced education professional with a background in special education and intervention strategies. Currently serving as an Interventionist at Chicago Home Tutor since August 2023, Elise previously worked as a Dyslexia Tutor at KIDS INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES, INC. and a Title 3 ESL Teacher at Speedway Schools. Additional experience includes roles as a Multisensory Instructor during a summer program at the Dyslexia Institute of Indiana and as an Orton Gillingham Consultant and Learning Behavior Specialist at Chicago Home Tutor from 2017 to 2021. Elise also served as a Special Education Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from 2013 to 2017, providing essential services to students with diverse learning needs. Elise earned a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Purdue University in 2013.
