Mike Conlon currently serves as the Director of Technology and Chief Information Security Officer at CFI Partners, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Mike Conlon worked at Thoma Bravo from 2011 to 2021 as Senior Vice President of IT Operations and Security, where responsibilities included leading information technology and cybersecurity functions and developing IT strategies to minimize risk. Prior experience includes roles as IT Manager at Thoma Bravo, IT Manager at Hektoen Institute, Systems Integrator at Paragon Consulting Group, and Financial Analyst at Allstate Insurance. Mike Conlon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and further education from Loyola University Chicago.
