Rachel Clingman is Executive Vice President, Sustainability and Governance for McDermott. She leads the company’s sustainability, enterprise risk management, legal and compliance functions and serves as Corporate Secretary. Rachel brings more than 25 years of industry experience guiding public and private companies in creating value and managing complex risk and regulatory environments. Before joining McDermott in 2021, Rachel was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Noble Energy, Inc., which merged with Chevron in 2020. Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Rice University and a law degree from the University of Texas where she served on the Texas Law Review.
