Patti Zikmund currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Small Business Advocacy Council, overseeing operations, administration, finance, and human resources since February 2020. Previously, Patti held various roles at the Small Business Advocacy Council, including Director of Membership and Communications, as well as Membership and Program Coordinator. In addition to non-profit work, Patti has extensive experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor at multiple organizations, demonstrating expertise in various fitness techniques and certifications. Patti also founded TAPZ Consulting, providing assessment-based solutions for team development, after gaining considerable experience in large corporations. Other roles include Project Manager at SBAC Empower, and owner of DIETrifecta, LLC. Early career experiences include positions as Project Coordinator at LaSalle Bank and Communications Manager at Netscape. Patti earned a B.S. in International Business with a focus on French Culture from Illinois State University.
