Christen Gray is an experienced youth services professional with a diverse background in program development and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Youth Services Supervisor for the City of Emeryville since January 2019, Christen develops youth programs including after-school initiatives, summer camps, and youth sports. As the founder of Support Services for Out of School Time Programs since July 2015, Christen provides training, evaluation, and support to multiple Bay Area youth-serving agencies. Previous roles include Director of Expanded Learning Programs at the YMCA of the East Bay, Professional Expert for the Alameda County Office of Education, and After School Program Manager at Bay Area Community Resources. Christen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from California State University - East Bay.
