Francesca Gaston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare compliance and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Auditor at CHG Healthcare since August 2016, Francesca has successfully remodeled the Gross Margin Estimator tool and conducted comprehensive revenue analyses. Previously, Francesca held positions as Compliance Auditor II and Compliance Auditor at the same company, rigorously reviewing assignments and ensuring accuracy. In addition to corporate roles, Francesca imparted knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at South University, teaching healthcare management and marketing. Earlier in the career, Francesca worked as an Administrative Assistant at Albany Medical Center, where notable contributions included tracking patient activity and generating operational schedules.
