Heather Betancourth is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in community relations and public outreach. Additionally, Heather serves as an elected City Council Member for Baytown, Texas, where responsibilities include representing approximately 15,000 constituents and chairing the Finance Committee. Heather's prior roles include content specialist at McDermott International Inc., internal communications writer at NASA Johnson Space Center, and section editor at the Houston Chronicle.
