Dwayne Williams has over 15 years of experience in turnaround planning and scheduling, currently serving as the Turnaround Scheduler at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since 2009. Responsibilities include leading Primavera scheduling for Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and Ethylene turnarounds, training other schedulers, and serving as the site administrator for Primavera. Prior roles include Primavera Scheduler at KAP Project Services, Ltd. and Turnaround Scheduler at Rohm and Haas, where Dwayne managed plant-wide turnaround schedules. Dwayne has also worked at The Turnaround Management Company, Marathon Oil, and Dow Chemical Co., building scheduled workloads for numerous craftspeople. Earlier experience includes serving as a General Foreman at DJ's Insulation Co. and as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy.
