Tabitha Parker, M.S., currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at Chevron Federal Credit Union, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Niagara Bottling as a Talent Development Specialist and Talent Development Associate, where responsibilities included facilitating 360° feedback surveys and managing in-house career development programs.
