Stacy E. has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving in dual roles at Chevron as HR Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Change and Chief Learning & Talent Officer since January 2019. Prior to Chevron, Stacy held prominent positions at Johnson & Johnson from 2011 to 2019, including Global Head of Talent Management for Supply Chain and Global Head of Leadership Development & Learning. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Learning & Development and Talent Management at Morgan Stanley, Vice President of Goldman Sachs University at Goldman Sachs, and Program Manager for Leadership and Management at American Express. Stacy E. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Binghamton University School of Management and pursued doctoral studies in Adult and Continuing Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
