Nikita Damodaran is a Finance Analyst in the Financial Development Program at Chevron, having joined in July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Finance Development Program Intern at Chevron from May 2022 to August 2022, and various roles such as a Business Development Analyst at Unisoft Health, a Credit Intern at Beacon Roofing Ltd, and a private tutor. Nikita has been volunteering with Pratham USA since May 2016 and contributed as a volunteer on the maternity floor at Memorial Herman Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from American University (2020 - December 2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution (2018 - December 2021). Additionally, experience includes serving as a Supplemental Instructor and Teacher's Assistant at American University, a participant in the Capgemini RISE Program, and a Lower Elementary Teacher at Riverstone Montessori, LLC.
