Negien Rad is a Business Consultant at Chevron, starting in June 2022, and previously served as a Sales Development Program Associate and Sales Development Intern within the same company. During early experiences at Chevron, Rad focused on improving supplier reliability and analyzing the distribution infrastructure for the Lubricant business. Prior to Chevron, Rad interned at Honeywell, assisting with the migration of Salesforce and evaluating application criteria, and at Baker Hughes, working on innovative completion fluids technology for drilling. Early career also includes a tutoring position at JEI Learning Center, providing academic support to students with learning disabilities. Negien Rad holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University, completed in 2021.
