Maurice Teixeira is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors of law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Enterprise Contracts Law Group at Chevron since June 2006, Maurice leads legal efforts related to Oilfield Country Tubular Goods, Geophysical, Well Services, and Drilling while advising on New Energy projects and corporate affairs. Prior roles include Partner at Wallenstein, Wagner & Rockey, focusing on intellectual property litigation and technology licensing, and Associate positions at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, and Cassiday, Schade & Gloor, handling intellectual property and litigation matters. Maurice began the career as a Project Engineer at Huff & Huff Inc., specializing in environmental and civil engineering projects. Maurice holds a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BS in Civil Engineering - Environmental from Purdue University.
