Ed Potter is an experienced sales manager in the base oils industry with a strong background in global sales and product development. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Base Oils at Chevron since April 2022, Ed focuses on integrating the NEXBASE brand Group III base oils into the Chevron product portfolio and expanding its global reach. Prior to this role, Ed was the Head of Specialty Products at Neste from September 2010 to March 2022, overseeing sales of premium NEXBASE base oils and other specialty products. Additionally, Ed held significant positions at Schumann Steier, Inc. as Business Manager, and at Penreco and Pennzoil Company, where experience in international sales and supply coordination was gained. Ed holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
