Rosanna Catania-Venuto began their work experience as an Administrative Supervisor at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine in October 2012, where they worked until October 2017. Rosanna then joined Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System in November 2017 as a Clinical Manager, holding this position until August 2022. Currently, they work at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine as the Director of Nursing Quality, Professional Practice, and Magent Program, starting in August 2022.

Rosanna Catania-Venuto obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1999. In 2020, they completed their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Executive Nurse Leadership from Wilmington University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, which was obtained in 2021.
