Jason Thomson possesses extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Iron Hill Brewery since November 2009, Jason has progressed through various roles, including Senior General Manager, General Manager, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Line Cook. Prior to joining Iron Hill Brewery, Jason contributed to the kitchen staff at Big Fish Restaurant Group, Blue and Gold Club at the University of Delaware, and Newark Country Club. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Delaware Technical Community College, earned between February 2009 and February 2011.
