Keith Douch has extensive experience in IT support and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Support IT Analyst at Cherwell Software since August 2012. Prior to this role, Keith worked as a QA Analyst at CTS Retail Ltd from March 2004 to August 2012 and began a career as a Warehouse Supervisor at Clarks from January 2002 to February 2004. Keith's educational background includes studies at Swindon College from 1998 to 2002, following attendance at The Ridgeway School from 1992 to 1997.
