Elise Nelson has a diverse work history spanning different industries. Elise worked at Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department as President, where they developed strategic priorities, implemented community outreach strategies, and oversaw the department's assets. Elise also served as the Public Information Officer, handling PR campaigns, creating promotional materials, and acting as the spokesperson for media inquiries. Additionally, Elise was a Board Member and Vice President at the fire department. Prior to that, they worked at Interstate Hotels & Resorts in various roles, including Manager of Organizational Programs and Learning Services, where they delivered training to thousands of associates globally. Elise was also a Specialist in Corporate Learning Services and Human Resources Programs, Corporate Benefits Analyst, and Operations Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Earlier in their career, Elise was an Assistant to the Vice President at Trade Center Management Associates and a Paralegal at the Office of the Independent Council.
