Monica Satterwhite is a seasoned HR and benefits professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Benefit Consultant at Cherry Bekaert since August 2021, Monica also holds the dual roles of Human Resources Manager and AVP of Human Resources at Valkyrie Enterprises since December 2018. Prior to these positions, Monica worked as a Freelance HR/Benefits Consultant, providing support for benefit fairs, open enrollment, and employee counseling. As HR Benefits Director at Constellis from May 2013 to May 2017, Monica led domestic and global HR initiatives for a government agency, focusing on Total Rewards strategies. Monica’s earlier experience includes roles as Retirement Manager for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Employee Benefits Sr Associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP. Monica holds a Master of Business Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Saint Augustine’s University.
