Ricardo Marmolejo MSE, PMP, has extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Program Manager at Cherokee Nation Businesses since September 2015, supporting the Ft. Bliss Directorate of Public Works – Environmental division. Previous roles include Environmental Engineer/Tech II at Vista Technical Services, LLC, and XIA Engineering, LLC, where Ricardo managed storm water compliance projects and regulatory inspections for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). An academic background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Texas at El Paso, complemented by earlier roles in team leadership and teaching.
