Kelli Brown currently holds the position of Director - Technology Recruiting STEM at Cherokee Federal, a role assumed in August 2024. Prior to this, Kelli served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Saint Francis Health System from May 2023 to August 2024. Kelli has extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked at Amazon from December 2019 to December 2022 in various roles, including Senior Talent Advisor/Recruiting Manager - Tech and Recruiting Manager - World Wide Ops. Additionally, Kelli worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2016 to December 2019 as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Client Lead-Recruiter. Earlier career experiences include serving as Vice President, Executive Recruiter at Citi from June 2013 to March 2016 and as Vice President, Technical Recruiter at Bank of America from 2006 to June 2013. Kelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 1994 and 1999.
