Jacoup Roiz has a diverse work experience in the environmental field. Jacoup is currently working as an Environmental Engineer at Cherokee Federal since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from June 2020 to June 2022. Jacoup has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2018 to June 2020. In addition, they gained experience as a Geologist Intern at the United States Environmental Protection Agency from June 2019 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Geoscience Student Assistant at OnRamps The University of Texas at Austin from August 2017 to May 2018. Jacoup also worked as a Research Assistant and GeoForce Student Worker at The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 and 2016 respectively.
Jacoup Roiz began their education journey in 2014 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science, General. Jacoup successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2018. In 2018, they continued their education at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they simultaneously pursued a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences and a Graduate certificate in Geospatial Information Science and Technology. Jacoup completed both programs in 2020.
