Aaron Cope has a diverse work experience in various roles related to project management and construction. Aaron started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Facility Manager, Project Manager, and Power Generation & Aircraft Arresting Systems Supervisor. Aaron then worked for the Hawaii Air National Guard as a Project and Program Manager/Engineering Technician, overseeing contract compliance and quality management. Following their military service, Aaron worked at BMK Construction LLC as a Project Engineer/Project Manager, managing construction teams, budgets, and contracts.
