Stephan Horstmann is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in key account management and customer service. Currently serving as the Retail Director at CHEP since October 2017, previous roles include Head of Key Account Management Retail Germany and Head of Customer Service Industry. Prior to CHEP, Stephan held the position of Verkaufsleiter at LIDL Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG from April 2008 to September 2017. Stephan holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen, completed in 2008.
