Peter Benson is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Supply Chain Planning Team Leader at CHEP since March 2024. Previously, Peter held various roles at Co-op from October 2013 to March 2024, including Promotions Optimisation Manager, where efforts focused on enhancing promotional processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and Promotional Planning Manager, collaborating with commercial teams on effective promotional offerings. As a Senior Analyst, Peter engaged with Supply Chain members to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Manager at Booths from May 2005 to October 2013, managing product availability and forecasting, and as Stock Controller at both Booths and ANDREW KOK LIGHTING LIMITED, overseeing stock management and supplier interactions. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from The University of Manchester.
