Jason Bass has over 20 years of work experience in the software development industry. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Replica Analytics since December 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Engineer at CHEO Research Institute starting from January 2020.

Before their current roles, Jason co-founded Unboxed Health in 2016 and served as the CEO. Unboxed Health developed the BProactive app, which provides personalized information and guidance to patients for achieving healthy blood pressure. The app also offers healthcare providers decision support for optimizing patient treatment.

From 2013 to 2019, Jason worked as a Partner at Rijware Inc., a software development firm in Ottawa. At Rijware, they focused on providing customers with effective software solutions. In addition, they served as the Software Engineering Manager at Honeywell from 2011 to 2013, where they managed software engineering teams.

Prior to that, Jason held various roles, including Manager of Software Engineering at EMS Technologies from 2002 to 2011, Software Engineer at JetForm from 2001 to 2002, and Software Developer at ServicePlus Corporation from 1999 to 2000. Jason also worked as a Software Developer at ExoVision Technologies Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and as a Programmer/Analyst at SHL Systemhouse from 1996 to 1998.
