Lucy Lehrman Rakocy is an experienced professional in strategy and operations with a diverse background in driving growth for various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Chenmark since October 2023, Lucy previously held the position of Director of Strategy and Operations at H1 from May 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Lucy was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bionic, where the focus was on collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to foster innovation and business transformation. Lucy's earlier roles include Director of Operations at Hometeam and Operations Manager at OrderAhead, where strategic leadership in logistics and delivery was key. Lucy holds a B.A. with Departmental and College Honors in Art History from Skidmore College and is a graduate of Nightingale-Bamford School.
