Donald Francis is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in operations readiness, production, and maintenance coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer in Operations Readiness at Cheniere Energy, Inc., Donald has previously held managerial roles at WGPSN and engineering positions at Atlantic LNG, where responsibilities included root cause failure analysis, project engineering, and reliability engineering. With a foundation as a Senior Process Plant Operator at Industrial Plant Services and experience as a Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Technician at D Rampersad Engineering, Donald has developed a comprehensive skill set in plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
