Brenna Leary serves as a Quality, Ethics, and Compliance Analyst at Chenega Corporation since May 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership and operations from various roles. As an Advisory Board Member for NYLT Leadership Academy since July 2014, Brenna has overseen enhancements to youth leadership training and guided key decisions regarding staff and program content. Previous positions include Director of Operations at JumpScale, where consistent improvements in project management and client satisfaction were achieved, and Sustainability and Engaged Scholarship Fellow at Swarthmore College, facilitating collaborations on sustainability projects. Brenna also holds experience from Babson College in undergraduate admissions and operational roles, alongside a background in consulting and youth leadership development with organizations such as CIMMYT and the Boy Scouts of America.
