Hayden Lilek is currently working as a Customer Service Team Lead at °ä±á·¡²Ñ°Õ¸é·¡°ä®, where they are responsible for creating and maintaining reference and training documentation for all Customer Service Representatives. They also oversee the training process for new and existing representatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at °ä±á·¡²Ñ°Õ¸é·¡°ä® and as a Take-Away Person at Outback Steakhouse. Hayden graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
