Carri Zimet is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in retail finance, corporate advisory, and financial management. Currently serving as the Financial Controller for Retail Finance at Chemist Warehouse since October 2024, Carri previously held significant roles at Hanes Brands Australasia, including Finance Manager for Bonds Group and Group Reporting Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Deloitte, where Carri progressed from Trainee Accountant to Senior Manager in Corporate Advisory, along with independent consulting in inventory system implementation and tax amnesty consulting. Additional roles include Technical Manager at VATit and Financial Accountant at Absa, with early foundational training at Deloitte where Carri completed SAICA articles.
