Aramide Nwokediuko currently serves as the Company Secretary and General Counsel at Chemical and Allied Products Plc since July 2024 and holds the position of Non Executive Director at KAIZEN Academy since 2021. Previously, Aramide was the Group Head of Legal and Compliance and Company Secretary at CFAO from October 2019 to July 2023, and spent over a decade at Banwo & Ighodalo as a Senior Associate and Associate from December 2007 to October 2019. Additionally, Aramide served as a Non Executive Director at Organo Gold Nigeria from 2015 to 2019. Aramide's education includes a Certificate in Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from George Mason University, and various legal qualifications including a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School.
