Cecily Chappel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the wine and spirits industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Chelsea Vintners since June 2022, Cecily is also the COO and Founder of Sail Capital Ltd and a consultant for SGC Wine Estates. Previously, as Global Head of Private Clients at Beamish International Ltd, Cecily specialized in advising elite clients on rare whiskies, ensuring product authenticity and quality. As Commercial Director at THE LAST DROP DISTILLERS, Cecily successfully expanded global trade partnerships. Earlier roles include Managing Director at FICOFI, where Cecily launched a European sales arm, and General Manager for Asia Pacific at Corney & Barrow, where Cecily significantly grew the brand in the region. Education includes a BA in French & Italian from the University of Exeter and schooling at Stowe and Woldingham.
