Heidi Somerville is an experienced professional in human resources and marketing, currently serving as Head of People & Culture at NZ Sugar Company Ltd since October 2023. Prior to this role, Heidi was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Goodman Fielder from May 2021 to October 2023 and held various positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, including HR Business Partner and Senior OD Consultant from June 2016 to May 2021. Heidi's career includes leadership in marketing as Head of Youth - Consumer Marketing at Vodafone, Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola at The Coca-Cola Company (Oceania), and Global Marketing Manager at Fonterra. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago, completed between 1997 and 1999.
