Stuart Graham has over 16 years of experience in economic development and public relations, currently serving as the Inward Investment, Economy & Growth Manager at Chelmsford City Council since February 2007. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Media and PR Manager at the Essex Development and Regeneration Agency from December 2005 to February 2007. Stuart holds a BSc in Town Planning and a Diploma in Town Planning from the University of Wales, Cardiff, graduating between 1983 and 1988 with a 2:2/Distinction classification.
